Our rates are quoted for a maximum of two guests per room. Rates vary by season and day of the week and are subject to change prior to booking.
A combined 14.45% Massachusetts and local occupancy tax will be added to all room rates.

We require a three-night minimum reservation for all reservations.  During holidays and high season, a four-night minimum may apply.

At the time of reservation, full payment for the first three nights is required. Any balance for additional nights or added offerings will be charged 21 days before arrival.

For reservations made within 21 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express with a valid credit card on file for all reservations. Gift certificates may be used with a new reservation by contacting Guest Services directly to make your reservation.

Check-in is 4:00-7:00 PM

Check-out time is by 11:00 AM

Please notify us in advance of your arrival time. Arrivals after 7:00 PM require prior arrangements.

Four Sisters Inn is designed as an adult-oriented environment. Guests must be 18 years or older and accompanied by an adult with a confirmed reservation.

Of course, we love pets, but we are unable to accommodate them. Only service animals, as defined under the ADA, are permitted and must remain under the owner’s control at all times.

Four Sisters Inn is entirely smoke-free. Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana), vaping, candles, and open flames are prohibited in all rooms and private outdoor areas. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee being applied to your bill, and no exceptions will be granted.

We encourage you to arrive via ferry or by air. Please contact us if you need transportation from the airport or the ferry terminal.  Street parking is very limited.

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items during their stay. Applicable charges will be applied to the card on file with notification.

We understand that plans may change and have outlined the following policy:

• More than 21 days prior to arrival: Deposit refunded to the credit card on file less a 10% cancellation fee.

• 21 days or less: For reservations canceled 21 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date, the guest is responsible for all charges unless we fully rebook your stay. If the entire reservation is rebooked by another guest, a gift certificate will be issued less a 10% rebooking fee. Any additional services will be refunded if they can be cancelled.

• Shortened Stays within 21 days of arrival remain fully charged with no refund given.

• Third-party websites: Reservations made through a third-party website are non-refundable.

• Group Reservations and Full Property Buyouts are subject to separate terms.

Cancellations on any promotions will transfer to a Gift Certificate valid for a year from issuance. Promotions only apply to new bookings and will not apply to Gift Certificates issued prior to the start of promotion.
